Word 2010 to non-structured Frame 9

Hello Framers

Our writing group is being tasked to convert Word 2010 technical documents to non-structured Framemaker 9 in order to have all our pubs outsourced (here in the USA) as Frame.

Please, what is the best way to do this? We would consider getting a newer version of Frame or add-on software.
