Conditional cells in a straddled table row

Hi Dave,

I'd rather not duplicate the whole table as it is rather large ... but you
have given me the idea of just duplicating the affected, straddled rows and
conditioning them. Hopefully, that should keep it easier to maintain than 2
separate tables.
