FrameMaker won't add a new page to file

Hi Owen and all,

Thanks go out to Rick Quatro; I don't think I would have thought to look
for this on my own. He found the problem for me. Somehow when I saved this
file in FrameMaker 12, my master page text frames were tagged as PostScript
code. Very odd. I don't know why, but at least it's fixed.
