Were printing to CMYK using the standard High Quality job options. (The graphics are being imported by reference.)
[We have Shlomo TimeSavers installed, too, but they are not activated for these settings since they have their own joboptions file and only work for RGB stuff anyway.]

Subject: fm 12.0.3 update bug WAS: frame 12 pdf right page "blank" problem Since this is a potentially serious problem for those who update FM12 to 12.0.3, I've changed the subject line to telegraph the linking of the problem with the update released 9/25/2014.

Having see the problem suddenly appear with the update to 12.0.3 patch, and disappear when rolled back to any of the previous FM 12 versions, I'm curious if this is a widespread problem or if somehow this single computer is subject to this bug.

The 12.0.3 update, applied to my colleagues installation of FM12, has resulted in the disappearance of all body page elements appearing on odd numbered pages in books she PDFs using saveAs PDF.

Reinstalling FM12 and incrementally updating brings back working PDFs with 12.0.0 and each of the two updates (12.0.1 and 12.0.2). Installing the 12.03 update breaks the PDF rendering.

BEWARE!

Subject: frame 12 pdf right page "blank" problem
Date: Mon, 29 Sep 2014 12:26:45 -0500My colleague Allison is having problems with right pages in her PDFs (coming from FM12 saveAs PDF) displaying as "blank" except for the master page information. The text and graphics are there, but not visible. You can click on a "blank" TOC page and the PDF jumps you to the linked paragraph (which may also be on an "blank" page, or not, but the link works so something is there in the PDF that contains both the source and target for the link).

She is updated to the latest Acrobat XI (11.0.09), while I am one step behind (11.0.08) and not having this problem. I'm also on step behind in FM12 updates (12.02.389 vs her 12.0.3.424). I'm wondering if one or both of these updates might be causing the problem.

Backsaving her book to FM11 results in a PDF that is normal printed from here machine using FM11.

Any help would be appreciated.

Craig
