Flare vs DITA

I have used unstructured Frame for 15 years. I am an advanced user.

I have used DITA for 3 with Oxygen. We outsourced writing our scripts.

Now I have to decide if I want to use Frame unstructured or structured for a new project. There are no legacy docs.
