Deactivate not available for for Framemaker 10

Hi Tammy, 

it may be necessary to work with admin rights to have the "Deactivate"
button available, or maybe it will only work if the computer is
connected with the internet. 

If this did not help: Maybe you could just try to install FM 10 on the
second laptop and see if the program would run with your license...
