RoboHelp or Frame to confluence

Happy New Year everyone! 

I am using Structured Frame and doing DITA in Tech Comm Suite 5. Some of my SMEs want to proofread everything in Confluence. What is the best method/format to export from Frame or Robohelp to Confluence?
