Does it work?
Is it stable?
Is it an appropriate authoring environment for maybe 6-10 writers?
Anything that would make me question taking the recommendation to the next
step (recommending that my management let me explore it further)?

I have played with AEM+FM .. not really used it in a working environment,
but done some setup and validation. What are you looking for?
