[Framers] slow-scrolling images

If you're using Windows 10, there is a setting that can mess with your
printer settings.
Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners >
then scroll down to Let Windows manage my default printer and set it to Off.
When this is On, the default printer is the last used printer.
