[Framers] concatenate a book folder's files without pagination ?

Do you mean n the Paragraph Designer’s Pagination “pane”? If so, then yes. The Start setting for the first paragraph (“heading 1”) is Anywhere. The Format is “In Column”.

This folder construct seems to work differently from simply importing a file as a text inset, which properly (and as expected) starts the content where ever it appears on the “container” page.
