If you check the last release you see June 2015, so **IF** (that is a
massive IF statement) that 18-ish months holds up it's unlikely anything is
happening before December of 2016 for the next one.

Released January, 2011

Framemaker 11 
Released July 2012.

Framemaker 12 
Released January 2014.

FrameMaker 2015 Release 
Released June 2015.

Anyone who really knows .. can't say.

The best way to keep up on that is to sign up for the prerelease program.
You can typically go to http://prerelease.adobe.com and complete the
application .. but when I look now don't see FrameMaker or TCS on the list.
Perhaps contact "your" Adobe rep?
