Are FM8 and FM12 on the same system?

Which Windows version(s)?

Are you printing to a PostScript printer, if so which one and what
driver are you using?

The Unicode version of ZapfDingbats won't solve this problem since the
character map is different. Adobe Pi does not have the same set of
glyphs.
