[Framers] extendscript examples for structured FrameMaker

I've got one set of ExtendScript functions that operate on structured 
content. It's pretty simplistic may not be anything more than what 
you've got already ..

Also, I have some samples from a 2011 tcworld conference workshop. I 
can't imagine that there's anything in there that isn't covered in more 
detail in Russ' samples, but you're free to take a look ..

The best way to learn how this works with structured content is to read 
the FDK docs (from any release after 7). The model is basically the 
same, and it'll give you an idea as to how best to proceed.
