[Framers] cross-ref color for printed and electronic documents

That's a great tip - thanks.

I'm about to update a set of manuals that have to be available as print and PDF versions so I'm going to try this.

I used to do this all the time. I used blue bold. The FM print dialog has a
checkbox for Spot Color as Black/White.
The online version showed blue bold links, and the printed one was in black
bold.
