[Framers] Mif wash .book files

Robert -

You, too, have hit upon something.  Your test resulted in no joy again.  ¿So, what does Notepad do that corrupts the .mif file?

It's easy to check if Notepad is the issue. Save as .mif, open in Notepad, save a copy, open the copy in FrameMaker.
