[Framers] Feature comparison list Framemaker 9 vs. FrameMaker 2015

Not aware of such a list.

If you're trying to convince someone to upgrade, here's my list ..

- FM9 was the *worst* version of FM ever produced. (First version with 
the new GUI, and much was broken. It's gotten better with each 
successive release, making FM2015 significantly better and more stable 
than FM9.)
