Hi Gillian, thanks for clarifying. Yes, I do keep the past few versions of Fm and Rh on my system (an occupational hazard for a trainer)

If installing Fm 2015 will fix, then I would certainly recommend that option.
If not, I’d still like to see if you can create a new project and link your updated Fm2017 files to it.

Finally, what are you gaining by publishing via RoboHelp? Have you looked at straight output from Fm? 
Since focusing on output via Fm, my life has gotten significantly less complicated. ;)
