Hi Judy, 

Yes, as Robert noted, both WebHelp and HTML5 are compatible with CSH.

However, the documentation for CSH directly out of FrameMaker is not as robust as I’d like, so you’ll want to investigate fully before committing to doing CSH directly from Fm.
