[Framers] Suddenly not working FM functionality?

[Tammy Van Boening]

Windows 7 Ultimate on the new system and Windows 7 Professional on the old system.

Geez, would that really make a difference? They are both Win 7, 64-bit, and all other programs between the two work identically.
