[Framers] Reverse engineer Robohelp in to Framemaker?

Just be aware that the current version of FM only does a cut down version
of CHM if you were hoping to use that as your output mechanism. A lot of
the window options are hard coded in FM and cannot be changed. There's
currently an 'enhancement' request raised to make FM read the config files,
if not add it to the FM GUI.
