[Framers] Adding alternative text to images

How do you add alternative text to images in FrameMaker 2015?

I see in the Frame Help that it is supported, but I did not see how, nor is there a field for entering the text on the Object Properties panel.

I'm trying to include a brief description of the image, typically a screen shot, to files that will be published as PDF files.
