[Framers] Issue with HTML Responsive help made from FrameMaker 2015 possibly as a result of upgrade of internal volumes "Adobe"

Hi,
Does anyone else make Responsive HTML help directly from FrameMaker?

I made help files using the first version of Frame 2015. - the files are fine, and work well with the application in which they are integrated (apps made using IBM Cognos)

I installed Frame patches/upgrades and made new help files.

My help files work well stand alone, but when they are integrated with the software and replace existing help files, pages and images are missing, or the help files do not open correctly.

When looking at the READ ME file it seems that various changes/enhancements/bug fixes were made in the Frame 2015 Responsive HTML file structure.

1. Has anyone else encountered issues with display of HTML integrated in software

2. Is anyone around here from Adobe who has an idea how to fix this? - I suggested they completely erase the previous folder before copying in the new help and seeing if this helps. Has this issue been encountered and solved?
thanks
