[Framers] Issue with HTML Responsive help made from FrameMaker 2015 possibly as a result of upgrade of internal volumes "Adobe"

The symptoms are consistent with a bad merge.

I'd do a DIR /S > <file> of the standalone help and the version in the
application and then run COMP on the two files.
