[Framers] How to get xml to use structured application

Hi Rick,

the path info for the DTD, template, r/w rules etc. is specified in the
structured application.

But I know, somestimes this does not "catch" it.

The question is, how the "SYSTEM" information is processed.
I did not find anything about this in the XML literature (it always
says, the DTD is "known" then, whatever that means on the technical
level).

------------

There are 2 other ways to fix this:

a) You specify the exact path and name of the DTD replacing the SYSTEM
entry.

b) And, well, of course it may be possible to add the DTD to all XML
files as internal DTD. But thats rather a theoretical approach.
