[Framers] Moving computers

I have Adobe Technical Communications Suite 2015

I am getting  new laptop that runs on Windows 10.


1.       Does this run ok on Windows 10

2.       I have a license for the applications, we are not working from a cloud configuration, how does moving the license work, does it have to be deactivated and activated?
