I have voted and added a comment. Unfortunately (to say the least) comments are not 
visible when looking into the tracker - even the own ones! My comment was something 
like this:

I cite Shakespeare from Julius Cesar: I thrice presented him a kingly crown, and he 
did thrice refuse!
Colour is a fourth dimension in our world.
I am advocating for coloured icons since FM-9 and was successful for FM-12. But now, 
Adobe again ignores the kingly crown of an interface.
