[Framers] FrameMaker 2017, Update 1 - where is it for direct download?

Hello,

Has anyone had difficulty downloading FrameMaker 2017 update 1, from the 
FrameMaker downloads page?
The table does not appear to detail anything about the download.

I can't use the Adobe Update Manager due to security protocol 
restrictions at customer sites.

I tried the link on the "New Downloads" link:
     http://supportdownloads.adobe.com/support/downloads/new.jsp
but the web page responds with the line:
     Error in obtaining download items, please try again later.

I then decided to try the Downloads Help page:
     http://supportdownloads.adobe.com/support/downloads/help.html
and tried the "Unable to connect to the Adobe FTP site" link, which gave 
the text "Sorry, this page is unavailable"
