[Framers] FrameMaker keyboard shortcuts just stop

FWIW, I’ve had great results with conditional text in Fm2015 and Fm2017.

And each subsequent release since Fm10 (including Fm2017) has crashed less than the previous.

I run Fm on a very lean (75 Gb Virtual disk, running Win 8.1) with 16 Gb memory.

Specifically, the changes in conditional text in 2015 and 2017 make conditional text much more enjoyable.

Coupled with the Smart Insert for Conditional Text dialogs (Ctrl 4, 5, and 6), things just work better.
