[Framers] Track Text Edits

I am using Frame 2017. I am trying to turn on Track Text edits but it doesn't seem to want to work. It doesn't display the deleted text. I configured the colors but they don't display. I enable it for the book or document, make some changes and then try to accept them, but then it says that Track Text edits is not enabled. Is this a bug? Anyone else experienced this? How do I fix it?
