[Framers] PDF bookmarks

Hi Doug,

If you have Acrobat Professional, the bookmarks could be post-processed by
an Acrobat JavaScript that would quickly change the bookmarks to title-case.
If you are interested in a script like this, please send me a sample PDF
offlist. Thank you very much.

When I Save As PDF in Frame, the resulting PDF bookmarks are all lowercase.
This is because we typed in them in Frame in lowercase, since we wanted to
display them in Small Caps.  Is there a way to override this and set the PDF
bookmarks to Title case regardless of in which case they were originally
typed?
