[Framers] Perpetual Newbie Question #2: Lists of Para and Char Tags

Once again, I thank everyone for your help with this. As it turns out, I
already had the two Silicon Prairie plug-ins AND the Cuspan tools from back
in the day. Now all I have to do is re-install them, review the
documentation and have a go at 'em.
