[Framers] Perpetual Newbie Question #2: Lists of Para and Char Tags

I've got the Cudspan docs on my home computer. If you need a copy, I can
send it once I get home later tonight. For some reason, Chris no longer has
the docs on his website, or if he has, I can't find them.
