[Framers] Perpetual Newbie Question #2: Lists of Para and Char Tags

You're more than welcome. I knew the .dll file was there, but his
documentation no longer seems to be available. It was the documentation I
was offering. I have it because I keep EVERYTHING. (My hard drive is where
I hoard.) :)
