[Framers] Perpetual Newbie Question #2: Lists of Para and Char Tags

Hi Lin ...

Fortunately, I too hoarded everything Cudspan and Silicon Prairie that I
acquired back in the day, even before I knew that being a newbie might
become a perpetual affliction.

Thanks again for everyone's help. Let's hope I don't need it again too
soon.  :-)
