[Framers] Graphics in help move when conditional

Frame 2017
publishing to HTML 5

graphics are in anchored frame in a left justified format

In one chapter some of the graphics are in conditional text.
These graphics are centered in the help file, even though i have the same
format etc

Any idea why or how this can be fixed?
