Excellent work Klaus thank you for a really useful reference!
I did notice that the DITA Esc sequences as shown on the menus in FM14 were
not included. For example Esc AI which seems to be a duplicate of Esc ide.
I've not looked at this in great depth but thought you might like to know.

list of ESC sequences for FM-09, -13 and -14.
My conclusion is that everything present in FM-09 is also there (with the

command) in FM-14. This is true at least for the English version of FM.
