[Framers] Setting up coloured text in Structure

I'd set it up like you would an emphasis wrapping element. Once you specify
the list, you can use it wherever that element is allowed. For instance:

Attribute list
Name: Type     Choice     Optional
Choices:    Bold, ........
Text format rules
If context is: [Type = "Bold"]
Text range.
Font properties
Weight: Bold

but replace Bold with the colour etc.
