[Framers] SVG graphic with photograph not importing

I tried inserting the photographs instead of doing copy and paste. Voilà,
everything is magically fixed.

One more random thing to keep in mind, I guess.

Jeff: I never flattened anything in Visio before saving as SVG, and it's
never been an issue. On the other hand, I'm generally working with line
drawings in Visio. Using photographs is new to me, so I dunno.

Grant: I have no idea. I'm not trained as a graphic artist or even in
Visio; just picked it up as I went along. Layers are a bit of a mystery to
me!
