Write a script to change the CSS references in all the HTML files at once. Or use Funduc Search and Replace for Windows.

The problem is when I publish the book, FrameMaker creates a CSS file on my system that each of the HTML files is linked to. I cannot find a way to replace that link in the files with a link to the CSS on the server.
