[Framers] Default Character Tags

OK...I hate to admit it.

I've always been "hit and miss" when defining a character tag that inherits all the Paragraph attributes except for what I want to change.

For instance,  I want a Character tag <Bold> for use in a variable that only bolds the text, but inherits the font family, font size, etc.,

What's the secret sauce?
