[Framers] Word to Frame Again

I created a couple if macros to help create the conversion file setup.
Delete all unused Styles in Word. Then changed all text to green. Converted
text would change, unconverted text arrives in FM green. Easier to find
what didn't convert.

However, it was suggested to convert the files to doc format before import
to Frame.
