You think? I have no idea since I don’t speak Japanese.

I was just trying to cancel my FM subscription until they offered to either give me two months free, or ping me ~AUD270 for the privilege of cancelling. I opted for the free option. Then wham, I get this.

I was guessing it was some kind of acknowledgement. But who knows ??
