[Framers] FM 11 / FM 14 compatibility property names for the various binary doc types that start with

If Adobe maintains its pattern, then saving to FM12 would use
Constants.FV_SaveFmtBinary120 and FM13 would be
Constants.FV_SaveFmtBinary130.
