[Framers] Frame 2019 Bug & Staus Update

Never mind, I found them. Why does Adobe make it so hard to find their bug
tracker from their website? At any rate, I've upvoted all of these,
although only 5251 and 5253 are deal breakers for me. The other two are
very much along the lines of, how do you keep managing to break things that
were working?
