[Framers] FM-15 aka 2019: autosave broken

Dear all

Sorry for stirring up mud!

To prepare for a remote session with TCS Gold Support i experimented this morning and 
discovered that plain FM-15 as installed does work correctly - creating autosave 
files.

So it's my turn to find out which plug-in or autostart-script or other mod (tool 
bars) creates the problem.
