[Framers] FM-15 aka 2019: autosave broken

Can you believe it?
This was a ghost problem:

Tests before the arrangement of a remote session with Adobe Gold Support:
*   Have set FM back to plain installation => all OK both in structured and 
    unstructured interface! So it's my turn to find out what's going on.
*   Informed Adobe Gold Support that no session is required though.
*   Successively installed my usual plug-ins and Startup scripts and my Enhanced Tool 
    Bar => The Enhanced Tool Bar (ETB) installation is the culprit!
*   Re-install ETB => everything is OK!
*   Have no idea what whas damaged in the ETB installation.
*   Of course I commented the bug report accordingly and I apologise again for having 
    created such a fuss!
