Just add a comment in the Adobe Tracker. That's fine.
I also notice issues and cannot reproduce them next
time. 
Possibly there was something special with your test file.

5570 seems to no longer be an issue.  Strange.  I can't reproduce it either.

I don't see a way to change the status of the request, however.
