At the pre-Tekom Adobe TC Partner Conference 2019 this November Jang Graat 
<jang at smartinfodesign.com> showed me a script that does this: Convert table footnotes 
to ordinary footnotes.
He is also currently developing Frexels: calculating in tables à la Excel...
