[Framers] Compatability with FM11 non-structured files

[Rick Quatro]

You may want to consider PDF for a visual representation of the files and
MIF (Maker Interchange Format) for a text-based representation of the
content. MIF is would mainly be useful for recovering the content in
FrameMaker in the future if you needed to. Convert the files to MIF, archive
them, and uninstall FrameMaker.

How about just ingesting the files and converting to another formatting...I
won't need to go back to FM on these
