[Framers] Color Views: what are they FOR?

I think the original purpose was from wayyy back when, in the days of printing different color plates. You’d have many passes through the printing press, each one with a different color. So people would have to create color separations, with the cyan, magenta, yellow, black, and spot colors each sequentially made visible (with the other colors hidden) and then printed.
Thank goodness we don’t have to do that anymore! Or print big manuals at all!
